It is our firm and stated policy, that the business practices of NCP Alcohols will be defined within the framework of the ISO 9000, 14000 and HACCP Quality Management Systems, aligning people, processes and strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

We are committed to the concept of continuous improvement, as it is the company's intention and desire to optimise customer satisfaction and confidence in the excellence of our processes, products and service by minimising and eliminating, where possible, inefficiencies in all aspects of the business.

As the onus for excellence in quality lies with the line function, it is incumbent on all managers and employees to understand, to support, and to use in their pursuit of continuous improvement, the principles of quality management as detailed in ISO 9000, 14000 and HACCP

The SHEQ manager shall act as management representative in the implementation and effective maintenance of the quality management system at NCP Alcohols and is authorised, in co-operation with the relevant operations personnel, to carry out all necessary actions that will ensure that the systems implemented continually complies with ISO 9000, 14000 and HACCP requirements.
